Hey,don't take it wrong...But the experiences I got during the year were enough for me that I can say that they would help me a lot to prevent myself falling into any obfuscation due to lack of experiences in life.

As I mentioned earlier that I spent around a year before I reach my dreamed destiny was a year of opportunities to learn lessons and now I would elaborate it.

I spent 1/2 of my year in India doing job as Product chemist in one pharmaceutical contract manufacturing company in India and another 1/2 year as a student in one of the prestigious universities' executive programme and as a research assistant in medicinal chemistry lab in Philadelphia,United states.

It is quite important especially for Indian students to get some experience of industry before pursuing education abroad.

As the students in India are quite immature than those who are in united states,it is quite important to get some training in similar field you would like to enter...

It was,is and will always be my primary dream to own a company small or big but quite efficient and providing people or say society their needs at their affordable price at the same time getting money to develop the company further or to invest the money in potential financial markets in India.

So,to start my experience....

My father told me that you have sufficient time to sharpen some of your skills and to remain active in your own field before going to united states.

I decided to start some job at least for some short period of time.I applied for several and got one in nearby cities of my hometown..

That was the starting of my lucid dream...

I was working in a Small Volume Parenterals plant (that produces eye and ear drops) as a production chemist but it did not matter to me at all because I was interested in understanding how these companies are handled to produce such a huge quantities of products as to cope up with their demand.

It was really an eye opening experience that the claims about the sterility and accuracy of dosage in drug was breathtakingly fraudulent sometimes .

I must mention that the plant in which I worked was running 24*7 ,so there were times when I was the alone person to handle all the employees in the whole plant.This was awesome experience for me that helped me in visualising that it is not quite easy as I was thinking to handle a huge no. of workers and together with it run a continuously expanding business.

Also I got a good overview of how the whole system was being handled,what were the
loopholes and how to tackle with some stubborn people.

I also got quite confident that girls were quite productive in group than boys...

I was quite naive till I joined my job because I think I was living with quite similar people like me till than.

But in my job I encountered some people that were the epitome in some filthy fields.

It is said that you do not consider yourself important until you find out that there are quite different people in existense that you have to take care of.

Also I must mention that I found very rare but quite effective people during my job.

I liked totally three people in my job period the most..one was the owner of the company and the other two were my bosses in the plant.

They were quite effective in their speech and the goals they wanted to achieve.

Always helpful and careful but strict at the same time..

I think I lacked these qualities because I quite often feared about little things and due to that I was not able to execute the all necessary requirements to achieve my goal .

But the final thing I would like to mention is that the attitude is all that matters and not the loyality to the profession finally.

I became resolute to leave my job as it was quite tiresome because I had to change shifts and together with it I was also preparing to go(rather than come...) to united states.

It was the last day of my favourite festival when I had to do double shift and I would have to do the third shift also because none of my relievers were ready to come and relieve me from my duty...

I should mention that the double shifts that I did was not at all to be paid to me because I was resigning without prior notice...

So,don't trust your co-workers always because they often prove backstabbers that always like to maintain good relation in front of you but behind you...... I hope you can understand..
